Had an issue with a food order during my last visit. A member of the management team reached out to me and provided a mutually agreeable solution. Will continue to frequent Santikos theaters.

Every person working there is kind and considerate. Look genuinely happy to be there. Really good customer service. Clean theaters. Comfortable seating. Restrooms always nice. and the drinks and popcorn areas are always clean too.

The tickets are on solid stock, the kiosks work, the staff is friendly, the food is tasty (but you could offer salad and/or fruit), the auditorium and restrooms are clean, the seats are in good condition with trays that swing open and shut, the sound system and the projection are clear.

Employees are very friendly. They recognize us. Food is good. Finding the information online is pretty easy. Theater is always nice and clean and I love the lobby with the round tables.
