Very clean entry, concession area, theater (and restrooms!)
Staff was very friendly and efficient.
No long wait lines.

Ease of use was a main feature I saw when using the website to purchase tickets for a showing. Printing tickets at the self-serve kiosk was kind of a problem. Would not recognize card I purchased tickets with. And then proceeded to freeze up. But after using confirmation number it was no problem. Other than that, it was a great experience. Staff was accomaditing and helpful as usual.

My family and I really enjoy the atmosphere at Santikos. The self serve popcorn and drinks are definitely a plus. Additionally the ability to have food delivered to us while enjoying the movie. My wife and I make great use of the VIP features and enjoy the privacy.

I love Embassy. I have always gone to this theater, even since it opened. I grew up with this theater and it has always been my favorite. I am glad it has been renovated and kept up.
