It was a great family experience!

We had an issue with our seats - they weren’t together. We went to the desk inside and the customer service person found to seats together.

Everything! The theaters are clean and seats are comfortable. The staff is always welcoming and I love the Santikos rewards program. My family and I won't go anywhere else but Santikos. I only wish that the Bijou was still around, really miss the operas and ballets.

Sometimes food can be too slow (40 min?).
But I love this place

Embassy theater is like our small hometown theater to us. We don't ever go anywhere else. Pop corn is fresh, bathrooms are clean and the staff are polite.

I had a question and your customer service folks call me right away. Nobody has a human call anymore!

Embassy 16 is a great theatre always clean..

Organized friendly staff, great seating.

I liked how clean the facility was.

It's always clean, beautiful decor and staff is always very accommodating.

I love that the money I spend is returned to the community.

I prefer Santikos theaters overall but my favorite is Embassy. It is smaller with self-serve drinks and popcorn.

Everyone was super nice. I like this location.

Though we weren’t fond of the movie we saw, I will always support Santikos. The experience is always good even if we picked the wrong y.

Very clean theatre.

We appreciate that Santikos honors the military. I like the reclining seats.

Clean environment, personable employees and great movie choices. Live the self serve popcorn machine!
The only negative is when they ask to search my purse. Don’t think they are looking for weapons, just food! Sad

I like that they offer special for families and military making it affordable for a family

The rewards the bathrooms could be updated and some of the recliners too

Everthing about yesterday's visit was first class. The employees were extremely friendly and professional, the food tasted great, my seat was comfortable, the quality of the picture and sound were fantastic, and I love that Santikos shows movies that aren't all blockbusters (I was there for the Oscar documentary shorts). The only thing I would change about the Embassy is having to go to a separate bar and getting wine in a plastic cup. I miss the Bijou, where the food was special, the wine was in a real glass and you didn't pay extra to have food brought to your seat.
