I attend the Live From the Met series. I look forward to the events I do attend. The staff is friendly and efficient and your recliners are very comfortable. Sadly I don't live very close or you would see me at least once a week.

Great friendly people at the ticket counter and concession counter. The only complaint is that my Santikos gift card was not accepted with a balance of $12.00. I contacted Santikos by email and didn't receive a response.

The employees at Embassy 14 are always kind and helpful. This is the ONLY theater I will go to now because it is so easy to get reserved seats on-line.
