A dress code would be nice, society has no shame anymore: pale wearing blankets in the theatre, pajamas, taking off their tennis shoes. The worst is the shoes, feet sink in the theatre.

We don't have to wait in line to buy tickets because you can purchase your tickets on line. There's a crowd but you are able to go and move around.

Liked that it was clean,the staff was friendly to my kids and the convenience of the popcorn refill station they had. I wish you guys would bring that to your palladium and casa Blanca locations.
It is easy to buy tickets, the theater is always clean, the staff is happy and always willing to help.

First, the charity aspect created by Mr Santikos. Second very nice theatres, always clean, with comfy recliners and excellent sound. And overall great customer service from all employees.
Tickets can be purchased in advance on-line, or at the theater. As you enter the theater, it is very clean and there is easy access to the concession stand. I enjoy the fact that I can order food for me to pick up or delivered. The food is warm and easy to order.
The theaters are small, which I like, and the seats are reclining and comfortable. The temperature is usually cool, but I always go prepared with a blanket or sweater.
For the customers that enjoy a drink or two, there is a bar as well.

I like it when decent movies are showing. We do enjoy going to the movies if there are decent ones showing. We do like the recliner seats.

I enjoy going to the movies for total escapism and Santikos provides the atmosphere, good food and drinks with comfortable seating to do so! Also, the rewards are fantastic and an added bonus!

Online select your seat and buy tickets. Only thing it cost too much. To take my grandkids it cost $5.55 just to select seating and then buy tickets. Of course, the food. That was an expensive few hours.
We can only do that once a year. The coke machines don’t work properly and people were getting frustrated.
I do love this Embassy threater though.
Tickets are way too expensive for a matinee, but the bathrooms are super clean and the theaters at Embassy are great. The theaters are huge, well-maintained and so comfortable.
