a month. We have done this for three years. We do not
get a lower price anymore but are still going anyway.

Can I say what I don't like? I find the reserved seats annoying. Perhaps a good idea for a really popular movie on a weekend night, but at other times, serves no purpose and lengthens the time to purchase our tickets.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Everything except the person who sold me my ticket. I had a $5 credit on my card, didn't bother to offer it to me. If she even cracked a smile it might have hurt her. I usually do not write anything about people but customer service is very important and it feels like a huge inconvenience to most workers under the age of 25. I will continue to support Santilos because I love the movies, operas and special presentations they offer. Thank you.

I got to see a good movie for free "Bridges of Spies" and the popcorn was fresh. I also like I can get a refill on the large popcorn and soda too. I like I can also earn and use points on my Santikos reward card.

Love the discount b/w 4 and 6 pm; also the renovations including providing pizza and more food options is very nice. I am not thrilled with the new reserved seat policy as it tends to cram folks together more even when the theater isn't full (so women don't have that ability to put our purses in an empty seat like we normally do when theater isn't totally full).

Everything! From the ticket booth employees to the lobby employees to the snack bar employees to the theater clean up crew. Everyone says hi and acknowledges you. We love Embassy 14 !
