I liked the clean theater. -- the people working were friendly.
It was very busy and two managers came outside to let people know they could sell tickets inside. Once the lines had been worked down, one of the managers ended up selling concessions. All of the staff remained patient and friendly despite some grumpy customers. I have always had a pleasant experience visiting Santikos Embassy Oaks.

The theater is close to where we live, so it is always our fist choice to see a movie. Usually, the movies we want to see are shown there.

The line had gotten long outside so an employee, seemed to be a supervisor, had serviced us, as well as others, with getting us movie tickets. He also suggested that I become a rewards member since I had a big party attending the movie. It was my youngest daughter's birthday.
You are very close to my house and the cinema is not too large. And, I can always get parking, unlike Palladium.
You can reserve seating.
I really enjoy the self serve area you have so we can refill are sodas and butter up our popcorn as we please.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Restrooms are clean. Drink stations work majority of the time. Popcorn is fresh and tasty. The only negative is that it is too cold at the first showing. But I take my blanket with me.

I like the refill station close by and the seats are comfortable. The assigned seating is a problem though - takes too long in line and sometimes hard to find the seats.
