It is very easy and hassle free to get tickets. No worrying about seats because I pre-selected them. Very helpful concession stand employees.

The staff are very friendly and the theater is always very clean. I love the fact that Santikos are honoring First Responders also! Because of this kind jesture, I will always choose Santikos for my movie going enjoyment! Plus I am a Loyalty Rewards card holder, and I love the emails sent for upcoming events! I just love this theater! Keep up the great work!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love how easy it was to bye tickets online and print them out. While other theaters make you go to a kiosk or guest services after you buy online, you guys treat printed out tickets like any other ticket. I also love that all seats are reservable. It allows us to take our time and eat dinner and have drinks before the movie, while not worrying about a long line or bad seats. Also, staff seemed very friendly and its nice to have the option of having a beer while watching watching the movie. Great experience!

The sound level was just right. Too many theaters are too loud, I have to wear ear plugs. Didn't have to watching this movie. Great!!

I love you guys! The popcorn covers are the best. To my knowledge no one else in SA carry them. Regal does not let people butter their own popcorn...that's insane! You guys offer free refills on large purchases...the other guys don't! There are some many things much better about you guys than your competition...it is a wonder you still have any competitors!

Everything has always been very enjoyable except when getting a Starbucks coffee, this one girl gets order wrong at least 2 times now. Yesterday she got both my friend and my coffee wrong, very frustrating. Other than that very satisfied. By the way I live Starbucks Coffee, thanks!

Saw Mockingjay Double Feature and theater was not crowded and we also received lanyards for the movie. Glad Santikos offered the movie before the other theaters.

I like the fact that even if a movie is brand new - the Embassy theatre doesn't feel so overcrowded, like it does at Northwoods. Staff is always great too!
