My mother fell outside as we were walking up to get our tickets. Before I could get her up 2 of the staff were there to help. The manager helped us get our tickets and gave us easy access seats. My mother was not hurt just her pride. We will be coming back again. Thank you for your great staff.

I like the fact that it's a small, yet modern, theater. It has a sort of small-town, neighborhood feel to it; but with updated, modern amenities. It's often less busy than your flagship theaters but definitely not empty. The two biggest draws for me though is it's close proximity to my home and the extravaganza pricing from 4-6 pm. The extravaganza pricing is an incredible value for a first run theater!

The seats were very comfortable. The temperature in the theatre was comfortable,usually the air conditioner is turned too low which makes it uncomfortably cold. The only thing I found strange occurred when I purchased the tickets. The lady in the booth asked me to choose our seats at that time which I did. I didn't understand the reason for this since it was a matinee during the week and for a children's film. The theatre was not crowded. Once we got to our seats, I noticed the ones I had chosen were marked for handicapped which wasn't indicated on the seating chart in the booth. Instead, we sat at different seats since there were so many available.

Santiko Embassy is the only theater I go to. It's close and convinent
And I like the 4-6:00 ticket discounts, since I am a senior citizen.
The one thing that I don't particularly like is..... Choosing seat numbers, when buying tickets.
I'd rather choose seat, after entering theater.

Staff very helpfull. I have had a loyalty card that does not read. They issued me another one and said they would have it transferred over. That has been 4 months ago. Evert I me we go to the movies I have to go to guess services which takes a long time and each time they say they will send another email. To date nothing has changed.

There is a better overall positive and relaxed feel of the workers there, from the ticket taker to the concession stand attendants. This is 180 degree difference to the Regal theaters where management is so paranoid about people entering with certain undesired items that they treat everyone like they are the plague. It is evident in the workers at Regal. SO.. bottom line: I believe your employees reflect the Santikos management. The right attitude starts with management and works its way down the organization. When management makes their employees smile, they make their patrons smile too...
