The new changes are great! Embassy is our preferred theatre. Only recommendation is the kitchen. The few times we ordered it has been too time consuming. Orders are taking more than 20 minutes and notifying by text isn't really happening. You have to keep checking back. Placing the order is even taking too long. We spent 3-5 minutes extra in line just waiting for our cashier to find who had the iPad to record the phone number for the order. I realize you are not exactly offering "fast food" but if the kitchen is taking 30 minutes to prepare a hamburger then the cashier needs to let you know.

My family enjoys going to Embassy. Close to home and not all the crowds. We always get the seats we like and even our granddaughter knows exactly where our seats are and where to go.

The only drawback is that the Santikos website has not allowed me to purchase our tickets the last several times and I had to use Fandago to make the purchase. Therefor we were not able to get the points due to our purchase.

Everything was well done. Customer service was clearly evident. The staff at the concessions counter were very friendly and helpful. The theater was clean, and the staff there were also friendly.
