Always love Santikos and using your app. Easy to book and great facilities. One suggestion: I often buy the Santikos gift cards at Costco and it would be nice if I could put those "on account" so that I have a balance to purchase tickets against instead of having to enter the card numbers every time I make a purchase.

I have been attending Santikos Theaters for over 25 years. Since Mr. Santikos passed I do appreciate what has been done with the focus of the theaters. Everyone is friendly, the menu is great. That the Santikos organization is giving back to the community is a fantastic idea and one I am proud to support. Being able to go online and pick seats and order tickets is extremely helpful in planning a movie experience.

Everything ,Ok to vague 1st lets start with how clean they keep the place.They do a very good job. Food is actually pretty good their which is very nice welcome. Staff is nice, and we can't forget about the bar
We come here often, even tho I just recently became a reward member. June 25 I took my 3 grandchildren to see Toy Story at the 11:00 showing. We all shared a large popcorn with the butter oil. All 4 of us had stomach pains and problems. Mine began 1/2 way in the movie where I had to leave my grandchildren to use the restroom. I had not eaten prior to the popcorn so there was no doubt of the cause. My husband and I love your theater and will continue to see our movies at Embassy 14, but am hesitant about eating your popcorn and butter oil.

It’s not crowded
The Embassy is the only place i will go to the movies now! I love love love your theatre. It is by far my favorite theatre. From the moment I walk in, to the snack bar, to the drinks, to the seats, it is just so easy feel welcome! The seats are my favorite!
Theater's are awesome the seating is great, staff is awesome especially when they consistently ask me about rewards the only downside is the people who handle the rewards accounts I've e-mailed to get my accounts merged and no response so no help. I'm very disappointed in the Santikos representation in that area.
