Chairs are awesome but you need to make sure that you keep up with them, it’s happened more than once now that the chair was lopsided when I reclined it, and they’ve been super sticky. Chairs and theater size are why I come to this location.
I prefer this theater over any other and it’s not the closest one to me but it’s not a mega center with tons of people, a ton of screens and that’s why I like it.
The Santikos embassy theater has definitely gone the extra mile to make the movie experience memorable. We have driven halfway across town in order to enjoy the theater seating at the embassy.
In addition, Their newly remodeled lobby is exquisite, and yet extremely comfortable. After the movies, the lobby is a great place to stay and Chat Over Starbucks coffee. We would like to see the return of the supersaver discount book tickets. We purchased a block of 50 tickets through the super saver program, and unfortunately were unable to use 12 Because of the expiration. We were told that we could not get a refund on them even though we paid in advance.

It was a beautiful renovation and the seats with trays are convenient. Everytime we walk in your lobby, it feels like we're in that Titanic scene coming down the staircase. We love your theater!

The theater was clean and the seats were very comfortable. I especially liked the large tray attached to the seat, even though I only had a bottle of water (the tray would have really helped if I had some kind of food item, which I usually do). The pre-movie entertainment seemed better than usual. Lastly, I was impressed that on our way out of the theater, all three staff people said something pleasant to us, such as "thanks for coming," or "have a good evening." My prior experience with the post-movie staff at other theaters is they are a pretty sullen lot; if you say something to them they may just grunt or something.
It was a very pleasant movie-watching experience!

Polite staff, good conflict resolution (there were people sitting in our seats), the temperature is not set to "meat locker", THE CHARGING STATION FINALLY WORKS.
The Recliner, I have a bad back Almost fell asleep, lol!
We love the fact that it’s a low key, quiet and inviting lobby area. The Embassy is our first choice because it’s a smaller theatre and not too busy loud in comparison to others in town. The staff is always super friendly. We’d rather drive 24 miles to the Embassy instead of the 5 miles it takes us to get to the nearest Santikos theatre.
