Embassy 14 is definately the way to enjoy a movie. The upscale looks, the staff attention, the comfort are the thinks that keeps bringing us back.

Although, there are things in the movie theater business that should be changed for a better experience for the overall customers.
I hope this is not the first suggestion that is being placed by customer. Customer's age regulation and showtimes hours should be implemented regardless of the movie ratings. It is very disturbing, disappointing, dissatisfying to have to spend a purposefully chosen late session (1900) listening to kids (4-10 age) misbehaving during the show.

The fortune of 2-3 guest is the misfortune of the rest of the guests present at that moment.

Like that you offer Coke freestyle drinks and butter yourself popcorn! And your recliners are better than Regal! Not so squeaky and not broken like a lot of theirs are!

I love the way that when I pay for a ticket, a portion of the proceeds goes to our community.
I like the seating arrangement and the comfort of the seats.
I wish there was an easier way to use the rewards card. I do not bring my card and therefore can’t take advantage of rewards at the kiosk.

We showed up for s special showing of a Rocketman; tickets and promotion came from Fandango. When we arrived we were informed they had technical difficulties. We were upset because family members came from out of town!! Embassy personnel were quick to give us free passes. They also were very accommodating in trying to help us find another movie for the evening
