We love the Santikos theatre's. We visit the Embassy the most, such a nice theatre and love the new projectors, such vivid color and great sound.

The only thing is I would call the supplier for the seats, they are not holding up at all. We go to movies almost every Tuesday, and almost every week my seat has some issue in all the different theatre's at Embassy. They haven't lasted very well. Many of them are leaning in toward the middle, and as a person that just had back surgery in December, this causes discomfort sitting at the angle. Either way the chairs are not made well and I'm sure they were not cheap. Some of them don't go back all the way, others drop down a bit when you recline them, make awful noises when reclining, etc...

I think it is the most comfortable theater in San Antonio. Easy to find parking.

Love the movie props at Embassy. Disappointed that my seat needed repair on the foot rest, it hangs to the right with the weight of my feet.

It's always great. I'm doing this survey because I wanted to tell y'all my recliner didn't work - Theater 8, Back row, far right. But it was really comfortable, still.

I really like what y'all are doing with theaters, and it's safe to say y'all have earned my loyalty (worth about 60 tickets/yr, plus pretzel, popcorn, and drinks) away from Drafthouse.

Great food, a nice bar with craft beers and cocktails served by friendly bartenders, solid screen/audio quality, comfortable reclining chairs and the ease of booking assigned seats tickets in the mobile app. All by a non profit that supports the community, that makes it difficult to see movies anywhere else.
