What did you like about your Santikos experience?

We attended Spiderman in Theatre 3. Right when the movie started a bug, maybe a roach, landed on my wife. May have come from above. Lights had just turned off so it was hard to see. She knocked it off and it then ran over my son's foot who was wearing sandals.

The cleanliness of the theatre. What I didn’t like was a comment made by someone at the concessions stand, my son went to a so for a refill and the employee said, “already.” That wasn’t necessary.

I have back issues & the reclining chairs are a big help. Theater is clean & the staff is always friendly. The food choices are great & of course the bar. I love the soda & butter consession stand. Because I have control on how much butter I want on my popcorn. 😊 This is our favorite theater & have been going there for 10 yrs. Now.
I love the rewards club & save my rewards for when I take my grandkids, they want everything & grandma never says No!
