I love this theatre. However I am a hardworking mother who just busted her butt all week working 12 hour shifts for 6 days in a row. Today is my only day off and I want to treat my kids to a movie. I don’t appreciate a $5 “convenience fee” it is 2019 everything is done online or on the app. Stop charging people for your website and calling it convenience. You are not paying humans any more to take tickets and the door nor is there a human collecting money or tickets on the website. Unnecessary to charge that. I would like my $5 back whether it be towards my debit card, cash or in rewards I truly don’t care but I am not paying for your website. That’s ridiculous.

Public areas were clean. Food was a pleasant surprise; artichoke dip came w/pitas bread instead of all chips. Hot dog only $6.!! Laege sausage bun length WITH fries and a warmed bun?!I SPOT ON! At concession line, your manager jumped in to help. I don't recall her name yet she wore a compression brace on her right forearm, lives on south side of San Antonio (we spoke a few moments).
