Nice theater. Refreshing beverages for every age. Good food.

We al ways have good service when I but my ticket on line. When you have to buy the ticket in side not so much the time in line is powerful sometimes.
They don't ask for rewards either I have to remi nd them.

We consider Embassy our neighborhood theater and we are treated like family and neighbors whenever we go. I would work for Santikos because the atmosphere always seems fun which translates into a better customer experience.

It's my preferred theater being both conveniently close by and comfortable. Especially a fan of the reclining seats and the ability to purchase specific seating ahead of time.
The website and the app need to be better synced though. Got completely different information from them the other day (plus the website then kicked back an error when trying to purchase)

Love the comfortable recliners and spacious seating. I really prefer the service at rialto-brewhaus in theater.

The theaters are great. The staff is very positive and the rewards program is awesome. I love that the profits go back into the community.

I like that the food is good and the bartender is friendly. I like the reclining seats too!

Great service, great seats

Love the family atmosphere, how everyone is there to be elated by a certain flick. No one cares if youre short, tall, blue, or prefer blue cheese with your wings instead of ranch. Its the excitment of ordering your concession items, getting to rush over to the drink dispenser and douse your bucket of popcorn with whatever amount of butter I especially loved the friendly attitudes and willingness to make our 2 hour adventure extra fun with all the people. And to top it off, the movie hadnt even started and we were just in a sense of pure bliss knowing we had our seats ready to relax, recline, and rejoice. Thank you once again for all the joy you at santikos bring us as a community. Kind regards

My family and I love Embassy 14. Staff is cordial and professional.
Best lounger seat in SA!!

I love that one can refill their own drinks. No standing in line. I like the discounts M-F before 2 pm. I like the extravaganza too. The $5 small popcorn/ drink. I wish seniors had a concession discount as well after 4 pm. Movies are some of the few activities seniors can enjoy & afford.

Santikos Embassy is by far our favorite move theater in San Antonio. As we were Moviepass members for over a year we usually saw around 2 movies per week at the Embassy. We did quit Moviepass earlier this year.

Are you planning or considering offering an unlimited movie ticket subscription in the near future? We have been invited to join the Alamo Season Pass Beta plan for Alamo Drafthouse Cinema and just this week Regal announced their Regal Unlimited Plan.

If you are planning or considering offering an unlimited plan we would prefer to join a Santikos Plan. If you have no plans to offer one in the near future we will probably join the Regal Unlimited Plan.

Clean, feels safe and staff are friendly

I love the Santikos At Embassy theater. The food is always great and the recliners are always comfortable.

Excellent environment

Every time I go to embassy my experience is exceptional from the moment I purchase tickets walk through the door get my concessions and sit down for my movie.

Love the free Icee refills! It's honestly what keeps up coming back- free refills on popcorn and drinks!
