What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I just love my neighborhood theater. It’s clean, I can recline & if I chose to eat it’s available. However, the only suggestion I would have is to provide seniors some kind of food discount. I’ll be very happy 🤗.

I love santikos first in redoing theaters hated ticket seat ordering but have grown to love it. i love that you have expanded menu and mostly that you give back to the comunitee

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Website will not allow a credit card charge using card on file with account. Just locks up with no error message or support. Called the theater & reported the problem. Was told to try again the next day. Had same problem next day. Had to drive to the theater to purchase my tickets. Very frustrating & very inconvenient. Reported the problem to the ticket lady & all she could say is “sorry.”

We attend week days when there are less people, and really enjoy the lounge seating.
Do not appreciate additional fee for making on-line reservations.
At times, could be a little bit cleaner.
Appreciate coffee refills, but service people are inconsistent in making purchasers aware.
This is our theatre of choice.
