Clean and comfortable
I love the chairs, the food, friendly staff, old movies that they are playing right now due to the pandemic.
Ease in purchasing tickets on line. Everything was very clean and protocols were in place.
The food is excellent along with friendly employees.
FYI I saw two movies on the same day and I know what movies I saw and what time I saw them. This note will be made clear in a second.
Box office, concession and usher personnel were present, attentive, in uniform and well groomed. Theatre and bathrooms were clean. Theater seats were comfortable. Movie started on time. Picture and sound were good.
When Santikos first reopened from our lockdown I visited both the palladium and casa Blanca the big mucky mucks of the chain. What a disappointment. I answered your survey with brutal honesty about my experience. I thought management should know. Businesses are all hurting and I felt the things I mentioned were important and should be addressed.
Mr. Santikos would rolled over in his grave with the response I received.
The AGM of casa Blanca emailed me NOT to apologize or offer any compensation which I did not expect or require but she wanted to make sure I was talking about the right theater because she looked at my rewards account and only saw my palladium visit.

Not a pretty email after that. I guess my rant was taken to heart and is in the training manual now because Embassy you got it right. Of course I did request correspondence from Mr. Handren but I never received a response. Humm...
Santikos is a house hold name in our little dusty Texas town of two million residents. Mr. Santikos was a firm believer in the old school adage “The customer is always right” I guess those other two places are too new. Embassy has been around for a long time Mr. Santikos spirit is still there.

Everything was great, the staff was all very friendly and courteous and they did a great job making us feel safe by sanitizing the theater before we used it. Others in the theater were all great and wore proper PPE making the atmosphere feel safe.
Employees very nice and helpful. Place was very clean and well kept.
