Everyone is friendly and helpful! I appreciate the caution and safety protocols. The gloves in the refreshment area are golden!
The free tickets for rewards members have been great, the seats in the theaters are very comfortable, and the recent selection of films has been a dream (it was too good to be true that I got to see the full extended edition LotR trilogy over three weeks). I'm not at all concerned about the lack of new films coming out, cause I would much rather have a chance to see more well-established classics in your nice theaters rather than on my crumby computer screen (Labyrinth was fun but I really wish you would show The Dark Crystal, and I'm sure it would draw out some people since there's a Netflix sequel series currently ongoing). I never was able to justify buying concessions at the theater until now, but with all the free movies I can safely say that I've given way more money to santikos this year than I ever would have during normal business. If you keep showing movies with >90% Rotten tomatoes scores for free then I won't be able to keep from showing up to watch them and buying food out of gratitude. Hopefully you're able to survive through all of this, and I hope the data shows that people are willing to show up to see older movies cause I feel like I've been spoiled with all of the great stuff I've gotten to see recently.
I went to the Embassy years ago as a teen. I walked in & it was absolutely unrecognizable! It's fancy & has the most comfortable seats ever! It felt similar to an alamo drafthouse. I loved it! I hope there is a plan to upgrade all Santikos seats!
It is a little far from my house, but if a movie I wanted to see was playing I would definitely go!

I am very glad that you are open again at the Embassy. The experience was fine, just as I anticipated. Given the Covid restrictions we face, everything went well.
One observaton - it may be time to replace the air dryers in the restrooms.
