I like to go to the Galaxy because it's close to home, but it's closed due to Covid. So my next Santikos is the Palladium, but it's so far. So last weekend I tried the Embassy. It's midway, mileage wise, bigger than the Galaxy, and not as imposing as Palladium. Plus it had the movie I wanted to see, which was "Outpost ".

No one was there, that's pretty nice
Embassy is the theater I go to and I'm so glad it's open again. The employees are always courteous and knowledgable, both auditoriums and restrooms are always clean, and food is always fresh and tasty; but tends to be a little pricey for my wallet. But that can be balanced with Santikos great awards program. All in all Santiko theaters are great.
I love the embassy theater, especially the food. My last experience was a little disappointed due to it being so hot.
If the air conditioning could be cooler that would be great

went to purchase popcorn. Lobby environment was safe. Santikos took extra precaution by taking temperature check as you entered lobby.
Up until now I was only going to the Palladium theater and had no idea the Embassy 14 was open. So I was excited to return to my home theater vs driving to the far side of town.
I can see the learnings have been shared between theaters and it was easy for me follow proper procedures. It was a slow afternoon as I saw a March movie the Hunt. There was proper staffing and I remember the ticket cashier lady who assisted me in findin the right seat.
Theater was comfortable clean and tidy and I had no issues in using the theater and bathroom facilities.
I also noticed the presence of I believe an off duty policeman at the complex which gave me an added feeling of security.
Hope word gets out soon to the community to support Santiago’s Embassy 14 which does support a lot of community projects.

No complaints, I felt completely safe visiting your theatre. One suggestion would be to bring back the he strawberry shortcake dessert! There was no variety of dessert options.
