I love my Santikos Movie nights. The staff, the facility. This is truly one of my favorite places to go. After 5 months of no movies at the theater I was so happy to be back.
Bathrooms were very clean and smelled sanitized. Theaters were also clean.

There was so much leg room and space between the aisles. The chairs reclined very comfortably and there was great space in each chair to feel right at home. They practiced social distancing wonderfully and I really enjoyed the decorative movie memorabilia along the walls.

Even more interventions added to maintain limited spread although some taken away. The disposable gloves and foot opener on the door were greAt! Recommend putting the foot openers on all doors to get into individual theaters
Excellent customer service and clean theater
Staff is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. They adhere to CDC COVID guidelines. Selected seats are wiped down after each show.
I appreciate that they recognize loyalty and reward customers from time to time. Most importantly they support community through donation.

Witnessing the artifacts from well-known movies such as the Revenant and The Bourne Supremacy was beyond cool. In addition, the reclining seats were comfortable enough to sleep in. The customer service was outstanding and I cannot wait to return !

I Love the Embassy. I've been before even though I live in 78201. Really nice seats. Not a bad seat in the house. I always eat dinner there. We had pizza on Tuesday. Often I get a beer.
The theater is always clean- snack area, bathrooms, and theater.
Staff is friendly and efficient.

The chandeliers.
It was super clean and everyone very welcoming and friendly. I hadn’t been since the remodel at Embassy 14 - beautifully and comfortably done.
We had chicken fingers that were super tender and delicious. The full bar had a wide selection and the food options that impressed me most was grilled vegetables- something for everyone!
Seats comfortable and certainly take the social distancing taken very seriously.
Selfishly - I loved the chance to not worry about the virus given the lack of attendance and proactive social distanced seat assignments— but truly, there is very low risk right now- go support this class act of a theatre!
Theatre was very clean. They had gloves at self serve area for self serve drinks and butter for popcorn. Staff was very polite and welcoming

I love their social distance solutions and that they are trying to keep Cinemas alive in these dire times.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. I can tell that all staff members are taking COVID-19 precautions and make me and my spouse comfortable to go to the movies. I tell all my friends that Santikos is open for business and a lot of my friends are not aware that Santikos is open for business.
