I like the Mayan with the exception that there is only one restroom. If you are in a front theatre you miss a lot if the movie going back and forth

The staff was very friendly and accommodated my requests without any difficulties. After I had paid for my ticket, I remembered I had a free ticket. After I mentioned the free ticket, my money was immediately refunded. They are typically very helpful to senior citizens. I have enjoyed movies at the Mayan for many years and have never encountered any rude employees. I hope that your philosophy on treating customers the right way never changes.
