What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I’ve visited Thursday night, November 7. I felt welcome and that employees cared. I got my ticket and when I was walking forward a gentleman asked if I knew where I was going and when I answered maybe he looked at my ticket and redirected me to the right movie theater. And then when I came out because I wanted to switch my seat from the front row he immediately greeted me and said sure come on over here and took care of me and he didn’t make me feel bad for wanting to switch seats. All in all, He made it a very welcoming experience. Please pass along my thanks.

The timing we went the Theater was practically empty. The price was fair during the matinee show. Although two complaints I have is that 1) the drink station was very VERY sticky, counter tops and floors and 2) the room to close the women’s restroom stall doors are far to close to the toilets leaving you very crammed between the two. My daughter had hit her side on the toilet paper dispenser when trying to close the door and fit in there, and she’s a small 6 yr old! I can only imagine how tough it is far a larger woman.

Was the cashier at the Concession stand.
