Guest Testimonials

Everything

Santikos staff are always professional and always remember to ask whether Im a rewards member. The location always appears clean; including the self serve stations. The recliners also are quite comfortable and are always operational; they are just a bit loud at times. Overall each experience is pleasant which is why we always chose santikos.

Customer service

The best seats and great popcorn. It is very spacious and always clean.

We love the Mayan Theater and have always had great experiences there. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience this past Thursday when we went to see *Street Fighter*, a movie my son was really excited about.

We purchased the Street Fighter arcade popcorn bucket and cup, along with an additional soda and two slices of supreme pizza.

We've ordered the pizza many times before and have always enjoyed it. However, this time, the pizza was very disappointing. It looked as though two slices of pepperoni pizza had been topped with a small handful of supreme toppings, placed right in the center rather than spread evenly across the slices. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't look very appetizing, and it didn't taste very good either.

My husband even took pictures because he was so surprised by how the pizza looked. He was hesitant to bring it to a manager's attention because he didn't want to complain about the food.

I do want to emphasize that this is the only negative experience we've had at the Mayan Theater. We genuinely enjoy coming here and look forward to our visits. I'm glad to have the opportunity to share our experience, as I hope this feedback will help ensure the food quality remains consistent.

Thank you for taking the time to hear our concerns!

Santikos has been my prefer movie chain for the last 5 years. I left San Antonio for college and every time I come home I have to visit our local Santikos as other movie theaters don’t offer the same overall experience.

The chairs

Great customer service.

I like that it is a small theater. You can easily go get a refill of popcorn or a drink without missing a lot of the movie. Theaters have been updated and have new seats.

Love the atmosphere, the philly cheesteaks are awesome too
