Line to food court was quick and polite... service at mayans are very understanding when it come to customers on people bein on there phone. When it come down to it im very happy when im there enjoyin my movie its the only reason why i come back to my MAYAN 14 THEATER 🎥 🍿

Friendly helpful and very clean. Employees are courteous. Food is great and love the Mayan Nachos. The texting system for your food needs to be fixed. Its rarely work. Ay least for me.

Everything was perfect from the staff to the movie. The only negative thing I can say is that I think the staff can keep the soda machine room more clean , I went to a 12:30 showing of it and there was popcorn all over the floor, the soda machines had piles of ice literally falling out . It just didn’t look sanitary at all .

we’ve always had a great experience at this theatre. However, this last time we went to watch IT, there were a group of people that were together and they were constantly getting up to go down to the bar and purchase beer. One of them was do drunk that every time he would come up the stairs he was bumping into the railing. One of your staff members along with security finally came up to tell him something but didn’t ask him to leave. One of the people he was there with finally grabbed him to get him out of there. I don’t understand why they kept serving him or that no one noticed how bad he was. That was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had there. Hope it doesn’t happen again.
