I liked that the person at the register exchanged our seats without a hassle.

We selected our seats without realizing they were to high up. My daughter couldnt see, so when I explained my error the person was more than happy to change our tickets.

Also the same person made a correction to my account after the person working at the bar didnt enter my number for my rewards.

it is very relaxing and comfortable and the food and drinks are great also. Staff are sometime's helpful but i highly recommend this place to family and friends

I like the upgrades and the employees are nice and helpful. What I don't like is that sometimes the line for the food is very long and they don't open another register, and the lights to keep the popcorn warm are not always on

The recliner chairs are very good and the space between isles. The customer service is also good. Sometime we'll get a Mayan worker that is indifferent but never rude. Other times they are very friendly and attentive. And always competent.

Oh, and the fries are great!
