The seats that recline are nice and the way you can get your own popcorn and not have to wait in line for someone to fill your bucket up. It is so much better you can get and fix your popcorn the way you want it. Love the Mayan Palace it is the only theater I go to .

Everything has been great. My only peeve is when buying a large frozen drink from the bar I can only purchase 1 at a time instead of 2. I'm having to take that drink, run it back to my wife in the theatre, go back to the bar, have them check my ID again even though I was just there a couple of minutes ago, get my drink and then go back to my movie which I missed about a good 10 minutes of.
Please get rid of that dumb rule or I just won't buy drinks ever again.
no lines to purchase tickets on kiosk, the snack bar staff was cordial took my order as I requested popcorn was actually hot and fresh. theatre was clean, the same with the restroom.

A female employee assisted me with my ticket purchase at the kiosk. She was quite friendly

The variety of drinks and the ability to fill up my own popcorn buckets. I also like the bundles but do wish they would bring down the pricing on them. The bathrooms were very clean and the little arcade is a great place to wait and play.

My wife and I, since 2021, during covid, we would go every Thursday and now for past 2 years we've been going on Tuesdays and we enjoy the great experience of good customer service from the greeting at the front to the concession area. The staff tend to every need for the customers and the food is always fresh, oh and restrooms are always clean.

I took my great-grandchildren to watch Toy Story 5. They really enjoyed it. Kind of disappointed your popcorn is not freshly made but we enjoyed the visit. Movie was already started and, at $11.00 per ticket, I felt cheated that we could not stay to see the beginning. I paid $70 in tickets. Sorry but not returning!
