What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The website showed a time a certain movie was playing. We walked in to buy tickets for that showing about 45 min beforehand and were told we don't have that time.. When it said it On the screen and on the website however the computer wasn't pulling it up.. A glitch? We were going to go home disappointed. An employee offered to pay our seats for the 3D showing the only other showing and we got to see a great movie.. Thank you santikos for your employees and manager who was amazing

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The employees were nice and very attentive. Service was quick both at the ticket counter/service desk and at the concessions. The bathrooms were clean as was the Theater as a whole. I have no complaints. I love going to Santikos theaters. The Silverado Theater is one of my favorites.

People are very friendly and I like the reserved seat. We ate in cafe for the first time Sunday. Those are some good fries!

The parking at the Casa Blanca is terrible.You are close to a senior citizen community (delweb) and what people complain about the most is parking. There should be more handicaped places to park. I find that the theatre is cold, (not temp.) needs something to make us feel warm not temp)
