The convenience of location. And ut is well tended to. The seats are not broken like a few places I have gone to which make me wish i had gone to this location.

The layout of the theater is my favorite, the quick lines - at the bar and the main counter, the quality of the show and the customer service is awesome. I live closer to Casa Blanca, and still prefer this theater.

It's close to my house and quite convenient. I guess I'm spoiled by Casablanca and with that you would also get the freestyle machines. I prefer to have flavored water vs. soda.

Appearance, cleanliness - including restrooms. Courteous staff. ON busy days and peak hours at need more open concession stand lanes. All in all a comfortable and seemingly safe environment.

Not as cold as it has been in the summer.. I quit coming because it was so cold and in the winter I refuse to wear a heavy winter coat inside. Customer service is better than in the past, ticket sellers were courteous and friendly.
