We absolutely love coming to Palladium specifically from being greeted by our favorite ticket taker/usher Roy to the great customer service at concessions. Usually the theaters are nice, clean and unkept except our last visit my chair was missing all the leather and my tray table was stripped down to the wood and sloped unusable. We go to the movies every weekend as “date night” and our preferred theater is IMAX Palladium.

I would appreciate it you included Hot Tamales, Mike & Ike, candy at your snack stand. I’m a diehard fan of Hot Tamales and seriously disappointed you don’t carry them. I’m sure I’m not alone.

The service at the mezz bar was great. When I got to the VIP seats; however, there was not a menu there.

Facility clean, seats clean. Only comment is in the drink station it did smell as if I was in a restroom, but it was clean. Not sure if it being in the proximity of restrooms that it came through vents or something.

Great concessions, awesome movie experience, and friendly staff.
Great place to have a date or a family outing. Has everything you need in one spot. The only complaint I have is that every single person whether you’re 21 or 91 gets carded for an alcoholic drink at the bar. I do believe judgement should be used with carding. Anyone over 50 (which is visible to any normal person) should not have to be carded.
Greeted and welcomed to the theater by all 3 employees (box office, ticket tender, concession stand). It was the last showing, so I can only imagine they had been working for hours, and they still carried themselves and Santikos with an upbeat and respectful character. Even the 2 cleaning the soda stations (I believe one of them was in training by the conversation they were having) were very welcoming. The theater was clean and comfortable. Never have I been disappointed attending a movie at this location. Thank you for keeping it my favorite theater in town.
