Guest Testimonials
The staff is very kind and hospitable. I appreciate the want to know the feedback to help improve their theater. Super helpful and kind and lovely. Will be going back to Santikos to watch all my movies.
I am very grateful for the immediate response! The representative Kristy was kind and friendly while understanding and sympathetic. We will continue to go to the Santikos Palladium theatre as it is my kids favorite!
It's a beautiful and clean place to see a movie on a date. The free soda refills are very convenient and help save money.
Always a nice clean movie experience that my entire family enjoys.
We are grateful for the Monday and Tuesday offers. The staff was amazing and willing to help anyway they could. We plan our family movie outings around this. Thank you.
Easy to purchase tickets and snacks
Was chill
It's always the best, best food, best seats, best scenes and sound. We love it!!!
The grandiose style of the theater!
The movie.
Friendly staff; how clean the place is.
1 recommendation some auditoriums have damaged trays or the seat number is no longer available. Little details become bigger if not tended to timely
Great job so far
The workers are attentive. Nice, polite. The food is amazing
The only critique that I have is not having a men’s restroom close to the IMAX Theatre, but other than that, the auditorium are always clean. The staff is always friendly always a 10 out of 10 experience for the most part.
Staff was very courteous and helpful. Concessions were very clean. Menu had many options. Theater was clean and comfortable
The layout of self serve. Cleanliness of the theatre.

The food took a bit too long but I don’t let that ruin my experience with Santikos. One of my favorite places!
