We sat next to a younger that would not be quiet, we waited until about 15 minutes into the movie and it became unbearable so we let managment know. Instantly a member of the staff asked them to quiet down and from then we had a very pleasant experience. We were grateful the staff member made a prompt and effective resolution!
The theater is clean. The seats are comfortable. The variety of snacks available at the concession stand is a pleasant surprise, particularly the meal food options for something substantial, and not just snacks.

I loved everything from the exterior, the interior, self-serve popcorn, stadium seating, screen clarity, and cleanliness.

The theater is always well kept and the staff is very friendly. The theaters do run a little hot sometimes, so it would be nice if the AC was a little colder. Other than that I love going to the palladium and always recommend it

We were pleasantly surprised by the nice experience we had at palladium. Our only issue is the popcorn area was very messy and the drink area had a really bad smell.
The seating was comfortable, and the showing was perfectly presented. The young man who assisted us at concessions was very kind.
