Staff very helpful in overseeing my first time use of kiosk to buy tickets. Process was quite easy.

I enjoy just about everything at Paladium. However, I’m not impressed with the new app. I generally use Fandango app to check what is showing and times. I do purchase on Santikos app. But, wish we could add tickets to Apple Wallet. Also, why is Apple Pay no longer an option on new app.

Clean theaters and facilities, one complaint I’ve always had about seating for an imax screening is the uncomfortable closeness due to the need to have maximum capacity capabilities for screenings but my local santikos, the palladium, is able to compromise with comfortable seating and just a few less seats that some other cinema chains, which makes me much more likely to see more screening in imax format

Loved the privacy seats

My only request would be for employees to actually smile when dealing with the public who just purchased tickets to a movie.

Easy to check in and buy tickets. My membership gives me a free popcorn every so often. I like that Santikos gives back.

Always clean & friendly staff!

I’ve always enjoyed the palladium. Took my kids for the first time and a gentleman with a booth offered a free drink and popcorn to my kiddos! Huge deal to me seeing their smiles.

Great experience all the way around. The team member collecting the tickets was a joy to interact with. Concessions staff were friendly and efficient. Venue was clean and welcoming. We always have a great time with no mentionable issues.

The only negative experience was once when I bought MOZZARELLA STICKS and one, I pick up my order asked for a ranch dressing and the girl said no, I need to buy but the line was really long, and I offered to pay and she simply deny me the ranch dressing which I can't imagine a company making a negative experience for less a dollar on profit and specially when the customer is offering to pay for it,

I wanted to change seat and your manager was very helpful with that request. The theaters are always clean and your personnel always helpful.

I love Santikos and use it often because it donates back to the community with a great quality.

BUT I stopped using it professionally because the rent a theater for $100 went away. The new party planning system is way too complicated and my guests don’t get what they want, choices. We always order food, drinks, etc.

Please find a way to bring back renting theaters at a flat rate.

That I finally found a customer support that confirmed our request where Eleanor the great was playing in san Antonio Sad but understandable change on being able to talk to a employee on the purchase of tickets at the palladium There was a agent to assist

Can you inform what the ingredients of the butter sauce. Can the ingredients be listed.
We are guru status and enjoy the movies but it seems service has changed.
