Great experience all the way around. The team member collecting the tickets was a joy to interact with. Concessions staff were friendly and efficient. Venue was clean and welcoming. We always have a great time with no mentionable issues.

The only negative experience was once when I bought MOZZARELLA STICKS and one, I pick up my order asked for a ranch dressing and the girl said no, I need to buy but the line was really long, and I offered to pay and she simply deny me the ranch dressing which I can't imagine a company making a negative experience for less a dollar on profit and specially when the customer is offering to pay for it,

I wanted to change seat and your manager was very helpful with that request. The theaters are always clean and your personnel always helpful.

I love Santikos and use it often because it donates back to the community with a great quality.

BUT I stopped using it professionally because the rent a theater for $100 went away. The new party planning system is way too complicated and my guests don’t get what they want, choices. We always order food, drinks, etc.

Please find a way to bring back renting theaters at a flat rate.

That I finally found a customer support that confirmed our request where Eleanor the great was playing in san Antonio Sad but understandable change on being able to talk to a employee on the purchase of tickets at the palladium There was a agent to assist
Also is the popcorn fresh how often replaced
Can you inform what the ingredients of the butter sauce. Can the ingredients be listed.

This is about the only theater I go to anymore. It has everything from reclining seats to great people. What's not to love?

Everything was clean and good food!

I enjoyed an obscure film that will probably only have a one week run. I was running late so I didn't get anything from the snack bar. The small house was clean and the your cleanup staff at the end of the film were friendly. While not as noticeable this time, there has been an unpleasant smell in the front men's restroom.

Dominique Espinoza responded to me quickly in regards to a survey I filled out. Dominique personally responded to my concern with a detailed response. The message was personalized and sincere. I also received two movies passes to revisit. I wasn’t expecting that, so that was nice.

I absolutely love going to Santikos Palladium! This theater will always be special to me because it’s where my boyfriend and I had our very first date, and since then it’s become our go-to spot for movie nights. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere makes every visit feel like a treat. I recommend this place to all my friends and family because it’s truly the best movie theater experience around. Our anniversary is coming up soon, and it would mean the world to celebrate it with a gift card to enjoy another movie night together where it all started. 💕

Santikos does everything to provide a pleasant respite from the daily grind. Good movies and great snacks!
