Great theater and food
Love the atmosphere.
Movie experience was good and easy. I enjoyed my popcorn and my drink while watching the movie ! Amazing surround sound. Sonic was a great movie
Popcorn is delicious, my chairs worked in the theater to lean back. screen didn't have defects, wasn't too loud.

Wish the app would allow me to select and filter out the type of seating I want (aka VIP, etc) and ordering food on the app to the VIP seats

Modern amenities like IMAX, recliner seats, ATMOS, real food besides just popcorn, two bars (one upstairs and one downstairs), VIP seating, easy to use APP, all profits go to San Antonio Area Foundation, employee pay is good, 401k, school reimbursement and video game arcade.
The theater was clean. The seats were very comfortable. I was glad that the volume of the audio for the movie was not extremely loud. We always have courteous customer service throughout the theater

Overall it was one of the better experiences we have had at Santikos. From the east parking, to the nice and helpful staff at concessions to the cleanliness of the theater itself (the drink area was horribly sticky).
Sound, and visuals were great, and staff was polite upon exiting which was nice.
Enough staff to tend to patrons. Popcorn was delicious.
Great service
The room was very cozy and you had a table and could put all your food and drinks down in front of you. You had the choice of putting your feet in the air or leave them on the ground without bothering anybody in front of you. I could see the movie screen clearly in the dark and the sound was very sharp without being too loud.
Best seats
I love Santikos. It's clean, reasonably priced, comfortable and modern, and the staff is always super nice.

I love the theater experience, seats are great, aisle spacing is nice, icee machines are fantastic (sometimes they are nonfunctional which can really be frustrating). I enjoy being able to use the rewards program. Just a side note, some of the seats in theater 12 were really worn and need to be replaced or reupholstered soon.
The staff was very friendly, the movie looked and sounded great and the food was delicious and quick.
Everything, from the concessions to the viewing experience! Every time I have gone to the movies at either the Palladium or Casa Blanca I have thoroughly enjoyed myself. They provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
I love the booth experience of The Mezz at The Palladium.
Clean theater, very friendly staff
I love it here. Its such a great feeling to know my seat is reserved, I can show up two minutes before the film starts & get my drink while the final preview is playing. I didnt miss one minute of the film! Which is a testament to how speedy the process was of the entrance clerk checking my ticket, the concession area being open & handling my order, & me getting to my seat in the most efficient manner. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else.

From the moment you originally opened your doors, I have loved the Palladium. Maybe I was bringing my grandkids in for an afternoon matinee (and we ALWAYS played games!!), or there for a more adult flick with friends, I loved being able to enjoy the quality snacks or clean theaters, the great bar, it made it worth the trip. (I live in Fredericksburg.) no matter which Santiko’s I go to, it’s a great experience.
