Customer service is exceptional. Of course the theaters are clean, comfortable and the sound system is awesome. There is usually a movie for that fits most people liking. I usually get to the theater 4 times a year. Enjoy
What's not to like. The Santikos Palladium theaters offer great audio and visual technologies that enhance the viewers experience. The Staff is very professional and collectively provide outstanding service to the patrons. The theaters themselves are modern, clean and maintained effectively.
I like the reclining seats. I like that you can order a real meal at the theater; whether you eat at your seat or at a table in the restaurant area. Speaking of, you guys have THE BEST cheeseburger in SA!! We tell everyone about it!! We have brought friends and family in so they can try the burger!

Santikos is my favorite movie theaters. I am literally there every week. If there was an unlimited viewing membership I would definitely get it. Anyways not the reason why I am messaging you. Is there away to get gut health friendly food options? Also I have to have water with me at all times do to gut issues. I find it ridiculous to pay regular or large cup prices or $6.00 for a 20oz and with no refills for the water. I can’t drink sodas or flavored drinks since it make me nauseous. If there was a surcharge of like $2-3 for using own liquid container I wouldn’t mind paying.
The auditorium was clean, and the visual and sound quality was excellent, which culminated in an incredibly immersive and memorable experience.

The staff is great. The only thing i wish yall would change would be updating the woman's bathroom as they feel some what dirty even after they have been cleaned since some of the toilet seats are broken. Same thing with the stairs in the regular theaters. My chair reclined but the chair did not recline evenly and the left side of my chair stayed higher than the right

We sat next to a younger that would not be quiet, we waited until about 15 minutes into the movie and it became unbearable so we let managment know. Instantly a member of the staff asked them to quiet down and from then we had a very pleasant experience. We were grateful the staff member made a prompt and effective resolution!
The theater is clean. The seats are comfortable. The variety of snacks available at the concession stand is a pleasant surprise, particularly the meal food options for something substantial, and not just snacks.

The best movie theater experience ever. Love going here, such good food, popcorn, and drinks. Love the recliners, the big screen, the cleanliness of the theater and the arcade is so cool too.
IMAX Theater and seating for "The Odyssey". Incredible visual... BUT...while I understand the audio is part of the experience, the volume was way, way too high. High enough to be louder than a stadium concert, high enough to make me (literally) plug my ears. Bottom line, it was loud enough to cause hearing damage, and I spend a lot of time around loud noises as a professional airline pilot. I considered leaving the film it was so loud. I let the manager know when I left, and hope she took my concern to heart; it wasn't meant so i could get a free movie or gain any benefit.
