I had a great experience with the customer service at Santikos Palladium. David Meissler went above and beyond to help resolve an issue I had and made the entire process very easy. He was professional, respectful, and took the time to clearly explain how to claim my raincheck vouchers and any restrictions that apply.

It’s not every day you receive service this helpful and attentive, and I really appreciate the effort he put into making sure everything was taken care of. Because of David’s support, my experience with Santikos was very positive.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Everything from the venue to food. The sound and the picture. Not to mention the drinks and the recliners! We love it there. We do miss the kind faces. It's becoming fewer and fewer. Technology is starting to take over everything

I was pleasantly surprised to get a response from the feedback I gave about our last visit to the Palladium but the manager from the there responded. His email addressed our concerns and said they would fix the problem. Thank you, it feels really good to have our concerns answered. And some free popcorn and drinks for our next visit also!!

The movie theater was very clean, the screen was in well focus and it had great sound, but it was a little too loud and a couple of times hurt my ears when watching the epic movie on IMAX.

Thank you for making the refund online process easy and flexible. I was taking my Mom to see a show when she said she didn't feel so well. I had to go online to cancel and get a refund so I can book another day. It was easy and transparent. Thank you Santikos!

I really enjoyed my experience at Santikos. The theater was clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The seats were very comfortable, and the sound and picture quality made the movie even more enjoyable. I also appreciated how smooth the ticketing and concession process was. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to coming back.
