Seats were very comfortable, employees and service great, only downfall were the very noisy chairs when reclining.

Always great theatre! Clean and friendly staff. Lots of parking and always able to get in and out. Love the adults theatre too! Wish some people would not talk but sometimes it is that is hard for you all and then I miss the movie.

We love how you can get your own popcorn and butter as you desire! We enjoy going to the movies!

We absolutely love this theater! We used to frequent their Alamo Ranch location when we lived in that area, which is really nice, but the Palladium location is absolutely amazing! Everything about the experience was wonderful — the atmosphere, cleanliness, comfort, and overall service!! You can really tell they care about giving customers a great experience. This has definitely become our new favorite theater. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy the Santikos Embassy theater. I love seeing the movie props each time I go. The theater is just the right size - big enough to have several good show times for movies but small enough to feel comfortable and not too crowded. The staff has always been helpful and positive. I even enjoy the offerings at the food counter and bar. Santikos Embassy is mine my family's goto movie theater.

The manager was very helpful in correcting the problem.

Every time my family and I visit a Santikos theater, it's always an immaculate experience. The auditoriums and restrooms are always clean, the ambience is always on point, and the customer service always goes above and beyond. We love that San Antonio is a Santikos hub and prefer them over the competition every time.

Really enjoy santikos . I've had there burgers and Pizzas which are excellent. I appreciate the military/ first responder discounts on Mondays along with the Tuesday discounts. The theaters are very beautifully done and staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The palladium tends to have more movies, especially if you're wanting to see all of them on the same day. The only wish I have is to please show the 3 hr ""Hindu " movies. You get a lot of bang for your buck!!. The actors are really good looking and they have lots of the traditional dancing. Also these movies are packed with action!!! Just read the overview before you go. You don't have to know the language ,the actors do speak some English and it is closed caption as well.

The seats and tables were clean. The theater had a nice comfy temperature. Employees around were very friendly and professional.

We love Santikos Palladium. The screens are good, the sound is good, and the staff is great. Plus we like that they support our community.
