Always an amazing experience going to the Palladium, excellent service from employees ensuring I know where to go and that I use the most effective discounts on my account, always willing to assist when I have an issue, and always understanding when I'm confused. Great selection of movie snacks with my goto being a large drink, small popcorn, and a bag of candy. Overall my go to theater!

I like the theater size and the ability to get your own popcorn and drinks. Just make sure all the machines don’t run out of syrup so that the cola doesn’t take like carbonated water. I had one machine that tasted like that.

I had a great experience at this theater! I came to watch The Odyssey, and everything from the moment we walked in made for an enjoyable evening. The theater was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the seats were comfortable. The sound and picture quality were excellent, which made the movie even more immersive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future movies. Highly recommend this theater to anyone looking for a great movie night!

Friendly employees and nice clean surroundings

We often watch movies at Santiko’s Theatres and have consistently enjoyed great experiences. They have good popcorn and snacks, and the sound and theatre comfort is consistently good.

I know it was tough after the tornado to get back to fixing the imax theater to be ready for the movie, so I appreciate the ease of the clean up, and how clean it was even during construction. Also, j love the imax theater and how it looks, and I like it alot. Thanks for all that you do.

Tuesdays at Santikos are a great value for families and friends to enjoy the movies on a budget. The theatre was clean and comfortable.

Quick and easy it's nice interface

Jessica is a top knotch employee and bartender who goes above and beyond the call of duty to service the customers who come to the bar to get something drink etc. I had seat 11 D section and I did not like the fact the even though the seat was for disabled patrons. Some not all the American public has manners. I think it’s more to my benefit to catch a movie on Monday for military Monday. Overall I like the service I received from the staff. Yes I would comeback again and use my reward points

We enjoy the clean and comfortable environment and the quality of the film presentations. Going to the Palladium is an exciting experience!

We liked having access to all the popcorn and drinks we wanted. The arrangement of the seats made it seem like no one else was in the theatre below us. The bathrooms were clean.

Great theatre, Great movie (Pressure), and Great expense-to-enjoyment ratio. The special ticket price and concession discount added to what was an overall excellent experience. Of course, your staff is always friendly and efficient and the space is always good.

And Best of All, it's a Great feeling that a good percentage of the money we spend is going to benefit the SA Area Foundation and good causes in our city.

Always enjoy watching movies at Palladium. It feels like a step above others.

Loved the theater complex... we tend to go there often as we enjoy the atmosphere, environment and coolness of the theater accommodations... simply enjoy attending movies there at our favorite theater.

Friendly staff and great selection of snacks. Only negative was that newer staff did not know how to honor or ring up e-gift cards that are sold here online.
