Amenities are great. Shower, deodorant etc, very convenient. I know this would make laundry wild, but towels would be great! Maybe a towel card system to reduce theft. Grab a towel, leave your card. Return it in hamper by front desk, get your card back. Just thinking! But yall are lovely.
I like that there are so many classes scattered throughout the day, which means I can flex my yoga schedule to meet my work schedule. The instructors are invariably kind and always willing to help or talk, and the classes are challenging without being intimidating.

The women's locker room is a bit dirty sometimes, but the class offerings are amazing. Marissa rocks!
Availability and flexibility
The instructor was very friendly and accommodating. I was traveling without a mat or towel, so was able to rent those for a drop in class. Great class!

Great studio, great instructors, great workout
The quality of instruction in the yoga sculpt classes by the various instructors is amazing, the music and the pace of the classes are great. The space is also another plus for me at the Brea studio, it's never jam-packed and everyone is consistently respectful of each other's space and practice. Lastly, there's always a welcoming smile every time I've entered the Brea studio, which is always a big motivator before and after class.
environment
I love practicing yoga here and all of the instructors! The C2 classes are my favorite, and I love how the instructors always teach new and challenging poses to work towards! It's nice that C3 is offered here too.

I love the hot power fusion instructors. Jayme and Fiona are two of my favorite instructors but I've had very positive experiences with all of the teachers. Clean facility, uncrowded parking lot, clean and clean, welcoming locker room, purposeful music is played at a volume that is relaxing and easy to listen to. The instructors have a good blend of instruction and allowing silence. :) Check in is easy and the instructors always prompt and warmly greet and acknowledge everyone who enters. Great studio.
