The instructor was great, music was pumping, clean facility with well organized equipment, and the yoga routine really worked out my muscles. I was sore for 2 days.
This was my first experience with a hot intense yoga. The heat was a bit much for me, wish there was a lower temperature session offered.

Rita’s classes are phenomenal. She’s fuses an amazing level of intensity, with clear and easy-to-understand instructions, along with great music and vibes, for a physically demanding and super fun experience.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The entry space is clean and inviting with warm lighting and nice colors. The studios are clean, peaceful and freshly remodeled, with mat placement markers on the floor, which takes the stress away from deciding where to locate for class.
I highly recommend trying yoga at Pentagon City CorePower. Maybe I'll see you there? -Justin

Sophie did a wonderful class; I'm so thankful when she advised me to use lesser weight, to get the most benefit while also not getting hurt of the exercises (pushing joints/ligaments too much). Unfortunately had to go out of state of family need, but look forward to being back mid-August!
First name removed was an awesome instructor and gave detailed explanations and motivation throughout the class. She was very welcoming as this was my first class at this location. The studio room did appear to need some TLC and repairs compared to other locations I’ve visited.

The instructors are encouraging and patient. I am new to yoga and 67 years old. Balance, flexibility and mussel tone are definitely my goals and I think CorePower Yoga is going to be perfect for that. Thank you

Great instructors and very flexible times throughout the day. But I do want to stress that the instructors are the real reason its so good - some really great people that teach there and it makes all the difference!

I love everything about it. One compliant is the cigar smell that comes into the studio. It makes me not want to go to the PV location.
