Teaches are so knowledgeable, I come out of every class feeling a deep work and stretch from my muscles and learning lots about the practice of yoga. I also feel grounded, inspired, and motivated by each teacher’s mantra, intention, and meditation for each class.

The Pacific Beach CorePower has the best yoga instructors and community bond to provide the best experience in every class taken.
After 3 years, CorePower Yoga is still my go-to place for mindfulness and staying healthy. The classes push you physically while helping you reset mentally. I always leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more grounded.
I do sculpt & I like it because I get all body workout, weights, stretching, core. I like the heat so I don’t have muscle soreness the next day. I like the location distance to my home, I walk there. I like the studio, although it’s lately gotten little ran down, the paint job is sloppy, the mirrors in studio are dirty, water station looks old, the merchandise for sale is old. When I had joined it was a clean studio, I hope they will do a better job of up keeping the space, needs refreshing.
LOVE Mark B’s 75 minute class on Fridays! Mark is fluid in his powerful dynamic teaching style that supports all. I enjoy his experience and mindfulness he brings to every single session. I teach yoga myself elsewhere and he’s one of the reasons I still pay for core power. If I could offer feedback, please get that PB room hotter though! It’s lukewarm at best on a good day. It is after all hot yoga

If you’re looking to make your arms burn and hoop sore take Rachel’s sculpt class.
Many types of classes to choose from. A lot are heating room classes which I love. I rent a mat and towel each class which is very convenient for me personally. The lockers and showers are greatly appreciated to access depending on my needs and I’m not paying more for them. Always nice friendly faces at reception and quality items for sale. And you can access all the different locations with no upgrade fees.
I love it at Core Power Yoga.
The studio is organized with a core group of instructors. Really enjoy Taylor, Skye, Daron and Zhora's classes. Tatiana is off to great start.

I wasn’t very thrilled with the last increase in price. It was quite substantial.
Weights seem to be low in #’s when classe are full- purchasing more would allow all to have a variety.
Great studio - very nice staff and skilled teachers. I have been to three core powers across the nation and this one is GREAT ! Highly recommend. Those USC kids sure are lucky to be able to take a class - get a smoothie at Sunlight - wow!

Very nice studio and facilities, great classes and teachers, parking can be tricky at times, manly street parking as available, sometight spaces in the parking lot available at times.
