Evie is a prodigy. Her musicality, dynamic yet logical sequencing, symmetry between sides/timing, and ability to blend weight and cardio training are all perfect. There's a reason her classes are so full. I wish the YS training was more thorough so more teachers would be on her level.

Carolan is great! According to a number of people that took this class, the Thursday 6am yoga sculpt is open and the slot should be offered to Carolan. Many people said this after the class and I agree.

What I like most about CorePower is the amazing instructors, especially Janiece! She is consistent, has presence, ques perfectly, integrates yoga philosophy and has great music selection. Keep up the great work!
