Joel was amazing! He was a hard worker and professional. He cleaned Thoroughly and was able to remove some tough stains that had not been previously lifted with the same Zerorez products. Joel definitely has the magic touch as I was surprised when I saw the stains had disappeared!!!

I like that Zerorez products are safe for pets. The team is always super friendly and do an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They offer other services or extra features when they think it will be helpful but are not pushy at all.

This is our 3 year of having you come out and clean our carpet. This year we wasn't thrilled with the outcome because the floor took more than 24 hrs to dry and smelled worse after you guys cleaned it but once you found out about it, you sent him back out to re-clean it and this time he made sure it was done correctly and I can honestly say that we were happy with the outcome. Zerorez has an efficient process. I requested an appointment online, and they responded quickly to schedule me when I requested. Communication was impeccable. Joel worked diligently to clean my carpets and make sure I was satisfied. There were no residue and chemical fumes left behind. Carpets were dry in a few hours except for a few spots that needed extra attention. Joel also reminded me that they clean wood floors and HVAC ducts. I have used Zerorez for many years and will continue to do so because their process offers clean carpets using an environmentally safe process for a reasonable price.

I am very impressed with Zerorez, having had our 22 year old carpets cleaned, making them look absolutely wonderful, far better than I could imagine. We chose Zerorez for carpet cleaning because we love our pets and the cleaning process they use does not leave any harmful residue. We also had our HVAC ductwork cleaned - the photos at the finish showed the ductwork looking like brand new and shiny.
