They are on time. Courteous, and my carpets are always clean when they leave even the really dirty spots. Also they leave me a bottle of their Zerozez 21 water. which is a great cleaner, especially on windows and glass top tables.

It was very easy to call and schedule an appointment. They called 20 minutes before arriving. After looking around I was given a price that was to be paid when they were finished cleaning the carpets & walk in closets of the two bedroom apartment I was moving out of.
