I was happy with the honesty of the tech who performed my services. Dirt from pets on low-pile, closed looped stair carpeting makes is almost impossible to get out, and though he worked very hard, the tech was completely honest that he wouldn’t be able to get it all in one go. I’ll be scheduling a second appointment, and will be requesting the same tech! No chemicals, and awesome service!
The carpet cleaner was prompt, polite and took his time to ensure that he did a good job. He pointed out a couple areas where the stains couldn’t be removed and there were two areas that I didn’t think would come clean that looked great. I would definitely recommend zerorez to a friend.

Mia was on called with her eta and arrived on the scheduled time. She greeted me with a smile and introduced herself. Then she reviewed the service that we had scheduled and explained the procedure for cleaning our carpet. Then I showed her around the house where the rooms were that she was to clean.
She then got right to work and except for a couple of stains that she warned May not come up the carpets looked great.

Very professional service. I like the fact the process does not leave soap residue behind. It is not uncommon to have a musty smell to the carpets after cleaning however.
