Well, it was WOW when I got to see my cleaned tile floor - the result I was looking for, especially after one other cleaning company declined to do it. Two technicians who came were very friendly (I only got one name though - Shane). Thanks. Will definitely plan to use them again.

OMGsh SHANE! He was fantastic! I wish he was an "everything" or "do it all" guy! He was so kind and professional! And respectful of our home and us! I loved how the carpet looked afterwards and how it felt and I really loved how there was no soapy residue left over!
