Great service at my church yesterday. Cleaned 2 play areas where our Pre-School and Mothers Day out children play. Happy to get it completed cleaned and sanitized for their benefit. Castor and Joel did an excellent job with all spots eliminated and the area ready for the new year. Very competitive price and our Pre-School and Youth Directors were thrilled at the outcome.

We’re happy that we gave Zerorez a try. Your products got out stains in our 16 year old carpeting that no one else was able to. The odor and staining from two older dogs and their numerous accidents is gone too! All this without harming the carpets at all.
Shane, the technician arrived on time and was courteous, professional and knowledgeable concerning our carpet issues. There were a couple of areas that required extra attention and he handled them with no problem. Our carpet looked great afterwards and we were very pleased with the outcome.

The specialist was very thoughtful, explained what he was about to do. Showed before and after pics of the work and made recommendations for other services for the upcoming spring. He was professional and friendly and provided explanations in anticipation of any questions.
We just moved into this home and had you guys out to clean carpets. We were impressed by how well that went, and Shawn told us about how you clean ducts, something we were looking into as well. The day after the carpets were cleaned, Shawn came back and cleaned the ducts. He had before and after photos and was able to take video of the ducts while cleaning too. Wow! We are so glad we did the ducts as well and the after photos showed how much of a difference there was. Shawn was great, once again, and we look forward to having Zerorez clean the carpets again in a year. We plan on using your company from now on.
