Your cleaning professional was courteous, called to see if I was available early and gave an exact time of when he would arrive - so much better than the window of time I had originally been given. He was personable and knowledgeable. After showing him areas of concern with our carpet he was able to address those concerns and left us with our carpet looking like new.
