When I first called, I was able to speak to a person and not deal with prompts. It was easy to make the appointment. The time window was only 3 hours. The gentleman that arrived at my house was professional and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions.
Most of all, I like that your products are pet friendly, I have 3 dogs.

Technicians are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I love how the carpet smells clean not like a bunch of chemicals. The spot cleaner is a life saver! I have used it on grape juice and hot chocolate spills. It completely removed the stains.

The carpets look amazing!!! Our technician, Maya, called to say she was on the way. Arrived on time. Asked me to walk her through the areas to be cleaned and point out areas of concern. Maya went to work and was finished in no time. She was professional, informative of the Zerorez technique and as was stated above the carpets look amazing!

Prompt appt time was available. Good communication on arrival time. Maia was efficient, pleasant, and was able to get out multiple stains. Very happy with Maia!!

Shane has come to our house a few times and always listens to our needs, comes up with solutions and tries to save us money where possible. We've had a lot of trouble with cat urine messes over the last few years (thanks to a geriatric and arthritic cat), and Shane is always understanding and never judgemental.
