I felt like the tech that worked on our house did a great job. Put forward quality effort with a positive attitude.
We had our carpets cleaned on June 29 and the technician was excellent. He went out of his was to explain what he was doing, advised on future care of the carpet, was very professional and respectful of our home. I would very much recommend this young man and if your company has any kind of recognition for understanding work, this young man deserves to be recognized.
Our carpets and rugs were thoroughly cleaned and treated.
Sincerely,
