I have used them twice, and they have provided me with excellent service. They are on time and provide a comprehensive cleaning.

The results that I received for the cleaning at my church exceeded my expectations. I have used Zerorez at the church for the last 4 years to clean carpet in classrooms, play areas, brides room and Narthex. Further I just had over 50 cushions cleaned from our sanctuary after years of use. In all cases the results were outstanding and we will continue to use them in the future.

Cleaned the carpet very good. The young man was very polite and came on time. The only thing was it was wet for 2 days and that's with a industrial fan on it. I think should spend a little more time extracting the solution out and leaving it dryer.
