My carpets look great! They were cleaned so professionally and I have had other companies clean my carpets but was never happy with how they turned out. I will only use Zerorez from now on! Thanks Zerorez!!

Happy with our carpet cleaning

Guy was on time, efficient, and friendly. The carpet looks cleaner.

The only thing I can add is that the tech said the carpet would be dry in 1-2 hours. It definitely was not.

Friendly staff. Extremely professional and my air ducts are sparkling clean. Breathing clean air is key to good health. My HVAC got cleaned as well and I can already tell the difference. Thank you!

My carpets look and smell great! They took care of all of the stains! Thank you!

Our technician Tristan explained everything very thoroughly and we went room by room to make sure we got our maximum benefits for our specific needs. We haven’t had our carpets cleaned since install so we really needed the breakdown of options
We also loved the fact that the carpets had little moisture left, and we only had to run fans for a few hours and we were able to replace the furniture that evening
We are already looking at our calendar to book our next appointment.

The technician (Castor) was exceptionally responsive and respectful. He explained what he intended to do, adjusted work scope based on duct condition and cleanliness and worked diligently until the cleaning was accomplished. A great customer facing representative for your company. He worked with us to ensure the correct installations were thoroughly cleaned that were not part of the original ‘services required.’

Shane was my tech, and he is the absolute best. My carpet looked 10 times better after he was done. He worked super hard and was very personable.

Pierce did a great job, as have all of the techs you have sent to us, we are very pleased with our use of Zerorez.

Extremely personable and thorough technician (Castor) performed our duct cleaning work. Initially, he was concerned that our system appeared to be relatively clean but I insisted he continue. One section of the house (due to its HVAC configuration did not require much attention. The before and after photos revealed a significant amount of accumulated dust and debris that was successfully removed. Castor explained what he was doing and why and kept us informed of his progress. Overall, a positive experience.

These guys are always prompt, friendly and get the job done efficiently!
