I had Zerorez clean a sofa and a chair in my home. I contacted them the next day because neither were cleaned well at all. They could not have been more accommodating! They sent a more experienced man out named Castor and WOW!!! He re-cleaned both and did a fantastic job. I am 100% satisfied with his work and how well the company rectified the first visit in a kind and speedy manner.
