The technician, Castor, was fantastic. He was efficient and explained all the products he was using and what else the company has to offer. He was polite and respectful of our property and time. The carpets came out wonderfully.

I had Zerorez clean a sofa and a chair in my home. I contacted them the next day because neither were cleaned well at all. They could not have been more accommodating! They sent a more experienced man out named Castor and WOW!!! He re-cleaned both and did a fantastic job. I am 100% satisfied with his work and how well the company rectified the first visit in a kind and speedy manner.
